ICC Disqualifies Karim Khan in Duterte Case

The International Criminal Court’s Appeals Chamber has disqualified Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan from leading the war crimes case against former President Rodrigo Duterte. The ruling was based on perceived conflict of interest given Khan’s past involvement with the Philippines Human Rights Commission.
